How Our Mentorship Network Works

A comprehensive 7-step journey from application to graduation

Joining the Network

Apply through our online forms. Both mentors and mentees provide their background, interests, and goals.

Screening & Orientation

Successful applicants attend orientation covering DH values, mentorship ethics, and program expectations.

Matching & Engagement

Mentors and mentees are paired based on interests, goals, and compatibility for 6-12 month mentorship cycles.

Digital Platform Access

Access our mobile app with video lessons, discussion forums, and live Q&A sessions with mentors.

Regular Sessions

Bi-weekly mentorship sessions, group circles, and empowerment forums covering life skills and leadership.

Physical Gatherings

Quarterly in-person events for retreats, worship sessions, and community building.

Recognition & Graduation

Graduates receive certificates and can become peer mentors, continuing the mentorship chain.
